Q: What areas of Kansas City do you service?
A: Our service area is around Kaw Valley, covering western Kansas City and local communities found in Douglas, Johnson, Leavenworth, and Wyandotte counties. We do not service Missouri at this time.

A: We accept all major credit cards, mobile payments, e-checks (ACH), checks or cash.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes, Little & Associates LLC (DBA Kaw Valley Window Cleaning) is insured for both window cleaning and window pane (glass) repair.
Q: How much does it cost to have my residential windows cleaned?
A: For maintenance cleans we charge $5 per outside window. Inside cleaning is $3 extra per window. Basic screen cleaning (no removal) is $2 extra per window. We also offer advanced water-brush cleaning that restores screen to like-new condition. Advanced screen cleaning cost is based on screen locations, condition, and total number to be cleaned.
PLEASE NOTE: Exceptionally dirty windows and/or screens will require additional time and therefore additional cost to properly clean. For example, additional time and effort is needed to successfully clean heavily soiled windows, hard water deposits, construction grime, landscaping grime, and various stains, all of which require special tools and various solvents to clean properly without incurring glass scratches and etching. We always provide a no-obligation estimate.
Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: Our minimum residential charge is $150, which covers up to 15 windows or any combination thereof according to our pricing guidelines above

Q: How much does it cost to have a foggy residential window repaired?
A: The cost of replacing a foggy window depends primarily on its size, type of glass, and options, such as grids. A typical double-hung window costs about $200 +parts to have one insulated glass unit replaced — or about one third the cost of replacing the entire window unit, which is most cases is not necessary and is simply throwing money "out the window." Since double pane windows come in many styles, types, and sizes, we always provide a no-obligation estimate. We accept all major credit cards, mobile payment, e-checks and checks.
Q: How long does it take to replace a foggy double pane window?
A: Depending on the window size and location, the process can take 1 to 2 hours per window to install. Please keep in mind that each window is special ordered to fit your frame exactly. A deposit is required for the new glass. Normal turnaround from time of deposit to window installation is about 2 weeks.
Q: Can a foggy thermal window be replaced on a 2-story house or higher?
A: Yes, it is possible, depending on the window design. We offer a free on-site survey to learn what's possible with your unique window type and locations.
Q: Does Fog Busters come with a service warranty?
Yes! We warrant Fog Buster-repaired windows from forming condensation for 10 years! This is a transferable warranty. The warranty only covers the forming of condensation because of failed thermal seals. All other window maladies, such as delamination, etching, staining, glazing, and cracking are not covered by this warranty.
